362 - IX Messaging reports should follow OU structure
The customer is looking for a report as follows: They would like a report that when they click on claims auto it should navigate to Director and Manager and their team members, we are able to create this in using sub departments but when coming to reporting it all listing in one tree as per below screen shot. We are looking for a report if we select OU then we should get an option to select Director then Supervisors under Director and when we select Supervisor we need to get the agent mail box which are under supervisor in mailbox list.

358 - IX Messaging alarming enhancement
Customer has an HA IX Messaging system installed with a secondary consolidated server. We found the secondary Consolidated server had not synched with the primary consolidated server in over a year. There is currently not an alarm or alert that would notify the customer the servers are out of synch and determining they are out of synch requires digging into the logs and SQL database, neither of which are something a typical customer can or should do.

193 - Avaya Messaging - Schedule notifications via Web Admin
Allow administrators to schedule mailbox notifications via Web Admin. Currently there is no way for an administrator to schedule a notification in Web Admin for a user. If the notification is not scheduled, it does not work. You currently have to do it via UC Admin or have the user do it themselves via the Web Access portal.

181 - Avaya Messaging
The upgrade or install of Avaya Messaging does very little to provide an update on the progress. It would be very helpful to at least have a list of the various steps that the installer took and the completion status of these steps during the installation process.

308 - Text to Speech on IX Messaging
We are transitioning from AAM to Avaya IX Messaging. We are loosing the ability to type in messages (per vendor). Our OR spends hours every day updating this and they are in a very noisy environment. Calling and using voice recording is not productive for this team. Please add text to speech back!

Voicemail to Google Suite Integration should be restored/supported 100%. This was previously working until Google made some changes - however, the changes only required Avaya to make changes - not abandon the project.

IP Office Voicemail Pro should be fully integrated with Office 365/Outlook 365/Hosted Exchange so voicemail messages appear directly in the users online mailbox and are fully synchronized.

Build a report within Avaya Messaging to show subscribers and if the users have set-up their mailbox, changed their password from the system default, recorded their name and personal greeting and when they last accessed their mailbox.
