308 - Text to Speech on IX Messaging

We are transitioning from AAM to Avaya IX Messaging. We are loosing the ability to type in messages (per vendor). Our OR spends hours every day updating this and they are in a very noisy environment. Calling and using voice recording is not productive for this team. Please add text to speech back!
