IAUG Feature Request Tracker

Requesting that POM feature be developed that would allow a POM agent to take an inbound queued call if one is waiting before getting a POM outbound campaign call when nailed up.

Aux Work Codes have been assigned for RONA, ROOF and IP Failures in System Features, page 14. These 'redirection' features are based on RONA redirection functionality and each may result in incrementing CMS counts for Redirection on No Answer, causing confusion as to the actual cause of high RONA counts. Separate CMS count metrics are required for each.
