The SBCE will only allow the User Name for an SNMPv3 user to have letters and numbers.

The SNMPv3 RFC allows any UTC characters with a minimum length of 1 and a maximum length of 32. I'm not suggesting that Avaya should allow us to set a single space as the username, but allowing a standard set of symbols (including dashes and hyphens) would help bring the product closer to RFC Compliance.
