When I'm on a call using the ACO Web app there is a "Record" button on the dialpad, yet when I am on a call with my J139 desk phone I have to do an old-school "
9" in order to start (and stop) the recording. I want to be able to give my end users (I'm the admin) the ability to press a soft key/line key to start and stop the call recording. There's no reason we all should have to remember that "
9" means start/stop recording.
