Avaya has decided to phase out Avaya Agent for Desktop. According to the announcement, Avaya Workplace for Windows/Mac is the go-to solution. However, I can't find a good tutorial on how to migrate to AWW to replace AAfD. It would be nice if Avaya create a good YouTube video to walk through how to get this done.
