Please support Avaya contact center applications such as CMS and AEP. Currently there is no KVM option.
This stems from FR 60, which asked the same question, but for all Avaya applications. Avaya has said that with Aura 8.1.3, all core Aura solutions are available as "software only" applications for any type of physical or virtual server infrastructure. For contact center solutions such as CMS and AEP (Experience Portal), they are still evaluating. This is therefore considered a new ticket, despite a lack of votes.
