The CMS Supervisor user permissions allows access to all Dictionary items. We should have the ability to grant access to Login ID names or Agent Groups, while restricting access to all other system items. I am not comfortable allowing team leaders Read/Write to the Dictionary when that enables them to delete or change calculations that are used in all standard reports. The access to additional Dictionary items is more obvious on the new CMS r3v19 Web interface, making it harder to recommend that portal to all of our Supervisors.
