This is complete in Aura 8.1.3 releasing on October 12, 2020.

Avaya Responses: I've tested this under Aura 8.1.3.2 with 9611 on 7.1.14 and a J179 on 4.0.12. Setting the time zone for my SIP account did not change the time displayed on the phone. I took a PPM trace and didn't see where preferred time zone was ever communicated to the phone.
