J100 series phones frequently require a reset to factory defaults when you need to change the WLAN_WPA2E_IDENTITY value. This is resulting in increased labor hours preventing remote management of these devices. The support website recognizes this as a known problem, but there is no information about whether or not it's being fixed. Please fix this so that the WLAN_WPA2E_IDENTITY value can be updated requireing only a reboot and not a factory reset.
