396 - Avaya Workplace option to put incoming calls on holding

Some of our receptionists would like the ability to click on a new call and immediately put it on hold or send it to voicemail. They receive multiple calls, and currently, they have to answer the call first before putting it on hold or transferring it to voicemail. They would appreciate having options for managing calls, similar to the options available like the green and red buttons when a call comes into Avaya Workplace.
