When using the service web, all programming is able to be seen by Super admin if the user programmed through SW. If programmed directly on device, information does not display or indicate whether phone is programmed on device, it shows up as "Contact". Additionally, ONLY the device owner or SA can program within service web. This is an inconvenience when there are executive assistants wanting to program a device for the executive without compromising security standards or having to take over another's PC to update side cars. Can permission be granted or Executive-to-Assistant Role be created to provide access to service web as a proxy on behalf? This can be done with messaging but not programming it seems.
