The ability of the team button on Avaya Workplace needs to be brought to the J100 Series phones to allow the two options for Audible Ringing and Visual Alert Notification to be toggled on or off depending on how the Team button is administered.

Today this option only exists on Workplace and some of our users would like this feature available with their physical phones.

This is a limitation that is causing us to use Hunt Groups and in some cases setting up ACD's to find a solution to what already exists with Workplace.
