At present, Ring Central has to ability to supply their customers with email notifications when outages happen automatically. At present this feature is not available within ACO, but could simply be added within the same menu selection.
This would bring great value to the system and should be part of the standard offering.

There is the ability to sign up for alerts but would be better to receive ones related to the services we subscribe to versus the tons of check boxes on this site you need to filter through. https://status.avayacloud.com/
