332 - Move reset to factory option in J1xx telephones.

Move the option to reset the J1xx phones so that it is not adjacent to the reboot option in the admin menu. This will prevent devices from being reset when the tech meant to reboot. Doing so means a wifi device must be re-enrolled while connected to an ethernet port which wastes approximately 30-45 minutes of tech time.

Avaya confirmed with the IAUG volunteer team that this request will be delivered in the next J100 firmware release, to be delivered in April, 2026. The setting is planned to be renamed "Reset to Factory Defaults" (or something close to that), and moved to the bottom of the Administration page, on both the desk phone and the web GUI.
