When audio groups are utilized by Telecom, the departments that rerecord announcements cannot change the recorded announcement without Telecom’s involvement. Telecom staff is not readily available 24/7/365 to change a large number of announcements for unexpected events nor are we staffed suitably during regular hours. Granting System Manager access to the end user is not a viable option
