321 - Better Pause Capability in Avaya Messaging

The current pause for messages is configured for 5 seconds and then automatically starts playing the message. We would like the ability to pause the message indefinitely, controlled by user action.
This short pause of 5 seconds does not allow the user to perform any activities prior to the messages automatically restarting playback. We have several groups that have a high volume of voicemail messages per day performing multiple tasks at once. We recently changed to from another Voicemail vendor to Avaya Voicemail. The other vendor had a permanent pause.
