318 - Create consistent OVA Deployment Templates

The deployment templates for the various Aura OVAs do not make consistent requests for information. Some ask for FQDN, some ask to break out the domain and hostname. It would be nice to have a consistent deployment experience across all Aura products.

OVAs also need to be updated. I've been deploying 10.2 OVAs and most have invalid certificates. The Experience Portal EPM and MPP OVAs also have bad passwords forcing us to hack the bootloader and reset passwords.
