Please consider implementing crisis alerting by site/location. Previously, we designated onsite individuals to receive notifications on their desk phones, along with an alert and the display of the extension that dialed 911 in Avaya CM. Currently, alerting is done through email or SMS, but not to receptionist phones nor sorted by site/location. It would be beneficial to enable each site's safety team and the personnel at the main entrance or guard shack to receive notifications specific to their site.
