I would like the option to have a volume slide for instant messages similar to the ringer volume. I would like them separate instead of being one slide that controls both volumes. Since IM is very quiet unless you have the ring volume up all the way and then calling is to loud.

The IAUG volunteer team discussed this with Avaya, and they agreed it is a good idea. They have put the item as Under Review in their backlog for a potential release in Q3 2025. (Other updates are committed already for releases before then.) Our team will follow up with Avaya next spring to see if this feature request has been committed for the Q3 2025 release of Workplace, and will provide an update here.
