Please add a toggle in Avaya Workplace IX to have instant message popup in foreground and not just toast notification. This would look like the whole message window popping up with the user messaging window.

Per Avaya: This has been added to the backlog and is under consideration for 2025. New features for 2024 releases of Workplace are not changeable at this point.

The IAUG volunteer team is scheduled to follow up with Avaya in 1Q25 on this.

Dave Larson: Sorry Dave, didn't see this. See our comment from earlier today. "Submitted to Avaya" means the volunteer team has vetted the request, it has received a number of votes from fellow customers, and we have made Avaya aware of the request and we are tracking it along with them in Spaces. It doesn't mean the request has been considered by Avaya yet. (Although in this case, it has.) Thanks!
