AAFD provides audible notification when timed threshold is met. Requesting the same functionality in Workplace agent, along with a custom sound setting for notifications.

I would like to add support for this development. With 1x Agent being EOS in October it makes it hard for users to move to Workplace that use this feature.

Avaya confirmed this is a fair request, and has added it to the backlog for the Workplace roadmap. The tentative timeline to deliver, due to other commitments already under development and in the pipeline, would be second or third quarter, 2025. The volunteer FRT team is scheduled to follow back up with Avaya in January of 2025.
