Maybe because google does work in collab with avaya, perhaps this can be incorporated as a plug in feature on the dashboard? I just know that on a customer side of things, showing spaces to customers can be a real asset. I really liked the remote desktop assist on spaces. I used it alot.

Are we sure that other web collaboration tools can do desktop control from web versions? This may be a security thing. Anna, let us know if you find that Zoom, Webex, Teams etc. can do this from web-only instances.
