Add a "true" Bridged Call Appearance Feature to ACO. The Shared line and Delegated Line features both have limitations and do not replicate the BCA Feature in CM. BCA is a feature that Avaya claims to have in ACO but in reality it does not exist.

Slade Besson: No, they are different. With a true BCA, the delegate can answer the phone at their desk & the principal can pick it up from their phone. In Request 162, it is only dealing with the ringing of certain lines and does not address the transfer of the call from the secondary to the principal.
