When dialing an emergency number, flagged in NRP, if manual dial or with emergency soft button the audio path changes to the speaker. this is the Avaya default and the request to have this togglable or selectable on 9600 or J100 series phones. This would allow for dialing 911 privately and not have it always come across the speaker.
