242 - SMGR - Allow Dial Pattern filter by SIP domain

In SMGR 6.x and 7.x you could enable filtering in Dial Patterns and filter by SIP domain. That option went away for unknown reasons in 8.x and 10.x. Please bring back the ability to filter Dial Patterns by SIP domain. It significantly decreases the time needed to search for specific dial patterns when only the domain is known.
