For management of emergency locations, the dialog box popped by Workplace when using the APPLICATION_SCREEN_POP_LIST should support clickable links. This would allow users to access a web page to manage their address.

I understand a web page can be popped but the client does not support doing two different things with the same event. For example, I'd like to both show a dialog box and pop a web page on SIPLOGIN but that event type can only be defined once (client ignores second definition of the event in the same string). So a second ask here is to allow more than one action for a given event.
