Workplace 3.38 release (ETA-22nd Nov 2024) will have Agent functionality. Some advanced agent features would follow in subsequent release.

Avaya advised the volunteer team that they:
“…will be delivering Agent features on Mac in a phased approach. First release contains agent call handling functionality and basic agent features . Basic features with 3.37 release will be available as Controlled Introduction and It will generally available in Nov 2024 release. Subsequent release will have some advanced features like ASAI-UUI, Service Observe.”
The team will follow up in November 2024.

This is on the roadmap, and the plan is to get this implemented in 2024. Avaya will share the timeline once it is committed.

Working towards a potential soft version for Mac with project release date in 5-8 months then a full version thereafter.

Rachel -- This is on Avaya's radar, but make sure that you (and everybody else following this thread) talk to Brad Black at the IAUG conference (or elsewhere) to let them know you are passionate about it. Feedback they got was that there may not be enough Mac OSX users to make the development worth it.
