The LDAP integration available in CMS r19 allows Active Directory usernames to sign into CMS.
Is it possible for CMS to ignore the case of the AD username? Example, AD user is CGarcia, and another user is jsmith, we would like to allow both people to sign into CMS will all lower case letters in the login fields.

Per Avaya: CMS R20 supports non-case-sensitive user names for single sign-on, and this will be documented in CMS R21. Add to the nslcd.conf file: ignorecase yes
