It would be great to be able to have a process that routes SMS/MMS messages received by the Avaya CPaaS system into the Workplace application.
This could either be mediated through a Breeze app, but would be interesting to see if this could be mediated through the Avaya Cloud directly.
It would be nice to have the app pop up a chat window for incoming SMS messages. And be able to respond to messages as well.
This would be a huge advantage for users and make the Avaya client that much more powerful and sticky for customers.
