Avaya corrected this in version 2.06.20 back in May 20222. Can you confirm that this feature is working as requested?

Avaya is looking into this. In the mean time they had a question: Is it possible that there are more than one Avaya desktop applications being run on the user's machine concurrently when this happens? Thank you.

Chip Powell: I have verified this is happening with our users also, and they don't have another Avaya application running.
