Please add a toggle in Avaya Workplace IX to have instant message popup in foreground and not just toast notification. This would look like the whole message window popping up with the user messaging window.

AAFD provides audible notification when timed threshold is met. Requesting the same functionality in Workplace agent, along with a custom sound setting for notifications.
