293 - Add sipTrace logging to SBCE

Session Manager has a cool feature to log SIP messages 24x7 using 'sipTrace'. Incorporating a feature that allows access to historical SIP messages within the SBCE platform would significantly enhance troubleshooting capabilities. It would enable users to review SIP messages post-event, offering insights into the causes of specific occurrences.

Discussed with IAUG volunteer committee, and one of the submitter's colleagues confirmed that they are able to access logs as described in the comments. No need to submit to Avaya.

The Avaya SBCs already do this without any need to enable historical SIP messages like on SM - logs are stored in /archive/logs/tracesbc/

Greg Pieroni is correct but the logs on R10.1 are in /archive/log/tracesbc/tracesbc_sip/
